Wendy Needham is an experienced Accounting Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the construction industry, among many others. She is skilled in QuickBooks (Online, Desktop, and Payroll), Gusto payroll, CoreConV8, Sage300, and more. She received her Bachelors from Northern Illinois University and her Masters of Business Administration from Aurora University. She helps businesses to thrive in the Greater St. Louis area.

Hannah Young

Accounting Assistant

Hannah Young is a skilled Accounting Assistant. She graduated from Fontbonne University and initially worked in the social work field before pivoting to accounting. Hannah takes pride in her detail-oriented work and is excited to see Greater St. Louis area businesses succeed.

When she's not crunching numbers, you can find her out in nature, reading, or walking her dog, Otto.

David Welch

Accountant

David has worked in accounting for 35 years. He has worked in a multitude of industries, including manufacturing, banking, automotive, retail, mining, and more. With his years of experience and wealth of knowledge, he is skilled at working closely with a company to help them accomplish their financial goals.

Outside of the office, David is a proud Grandpa. He stays active with his three grandkids playing pickleball.

Wendy and her team serve our group as a fractional CFO.
